- Boil 12 cups of water and steep lavender buds for 10-15 mins.
- Stir in 2/3 cup of honey and juice of 6 lemons
- Add Vodka for fun!

A buyer’s agent is the agent who represents the buyer’s side of a sale. Since commission is paid by the seller of the property, buyers are not responsible for paying commission to their Realtor. When we take listings, we agree upon a commission rate with the seller of the property. That rate gets split between the brokerage that took the listing and the brokerage who sold the property.
For example: Realtor A from brokerage A lists your home based on an agreement that you will pay 6% of the sales price in commission. Realtor B from Brokerage B shows your home to their client who purchases the home for $350,000. At closing, the seller pays 6% of $350,000 for Brokerage A and brokerage B to split. Each brokerage has an agreement with their own Realtor on what percentage of that money they take home.
What does this mean? There is NO REASON to go unrepresented when purchasing a home. Let us advocate for your best interest and negotiate on your behalf!
